A Transformational Leadership Development Program

WGR is thrilled to partner with executive leadership coach Paulette Pidcock to provide our members the opportunity to participate in an experiential transformational leadership development program. The session are designed to expand leadership capabilities and to create and nurture personal and business relationships. 

Seventy-four women have completed this transformational leadership program and are members of our alumni group which gathers twice a year with a guest speaker. Their experience ranges from just a few years to 20+ years. The cohorts are made up of women at similar stages of their career. Program Overview:
Today’s leaders – at all levels, are facing increasingly greater challenges in their ability to respond effectively and productively in a workplace that is changing and growing more complex.  To meet these challenges, this experiential program will provide its participants the opportunity to challenge traditional thinking in a safe environment, while honing your leadership. Program Design & Methods:
  • Initial 4.5 hour session followed by five 3.5 hour sessions
  • Geared toward the mid-level and senior professional
  • Each cohort will consist of a max of 8 participants
  • Each participant with complete a values profile and a 360Branding assessment
  • Each participant will have a 1:1 call prior to beginning the program – to review her Values Profile and a 1:1 60-minute coaching session towards the end of her program

Fall 2019 Program Dates:
The program will take place September-December with exact dates finalized with the selected participants.

Registration Fees:
- $1,175 (early bird) $1,275 after August 31.
Non Member - $1,375 (early bird) $1,475 after August 31.

Earn CAE Credits:
As a CAE Approved Provider educational programing related to the CAE exam content outline, this program may be applied for 20 credits toward your CAE application or renewal professional development requirements. 

About the Facilitator
Paulette Carnicelli Pidcock, President and Founder of Pidcock Coaching Partners, LLC is the creator and facilitator of the Leadership in the 21st Century program. Paulette has facilitated similar programs both domestically and internationally. Paulette earned her leadership coaching certification from Georgetown University and has achieved the designation of an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) from the International Coach Federation (ICF). The foundation of Paulette’s experience is her 35-year tenure as a Governmental Affairs Executive for three Fortune 500 companies, establishing her as a respected and trusted Leader in the Energy Industry and on Capitol Hill.  She is a former WGR President and Distinguished Member.
